Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions govern the sale of all jewellery and related products ("Products") by Olive Rose Contemporary Jewellery ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
All Products are handmade, unique, and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, minor variations may occur and are part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
3. Ordering
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via approved methods stated on our website at checkout. Full payment must be received before production begins.
5. Production Time
As all items are handmade and bespoke, please allow the estimated time stated at checkout for production and delivery. We will notify you promptly of any unexpected delays.
6. Customisation
Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming your order.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and commence from dispatch date. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events outside our control. Risk passes to you upon dispatch.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, returns and exchanges are only accepted on the grounds of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Please inspect your item on receipt and notify us within 7 days if an issue arises. Please provide photographic evidence where possible.
9. Care Instructions
We supply care guidance with every piece. Following these recommendations is essential to maintain the product’s condition and longevity. We accept no liability for damage caused by misuse or improper care.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and descriptions remain the property of Olive Rose Contemporary Jewellery. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell any of our products or intellectual property without prior written consent.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising under these terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
